1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Empower Your Core's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. Course Enrollment and Payment
All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment plans.
2.1 Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins.
2.2 Course Transfers
Students may transfer their enrollment to another course date subject to availability, with notice provided at least 7 days before the original course start date.
3. Professional Credentials
Course participants must provide accurate information regarding their professional qualifications and certifications. Misrepresentation of credentials may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
Certain courses may have prerequisite requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they meet these requirements before enrollment.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and proprietary methodologies, are the intellectual property of Empower Your Core and are protected by copyright laws.
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use course materials for personal learning purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during courses and when using our facilities. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety concern to others.
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the program without refund.
6. Communication Policy
Participants are encouraged to engage in open communication with instructors and fellow students. Feedback should be constructive and respectful. All correspondence should be conducted through official channels to ensure clarity and record-keeping.
7. Resource Access
Enrolled students will have access to exclusive online resources, including forums, supplementary materials, and recorded sessions for the duration of their course. Access to these resources will expire 30 days after the course completion.
8. Liability Waiver
Empower Your Core is not liable for any personal injury or property damage occurring during the course. Participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging their understanding of the risks associated with the program and agreeing not to hold Empower Your Core responsible.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Empower Your Core respects the privacy of its participants. Personal information collected during enrollment and course participation will be stored securely and used solely for administrative purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Modification of Terms
Empower Your Core reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Empower Your Core operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
